Hello, I am need a deck built 14x20 with railing and two sets of steps (2 each) The area is already graded flat and I would like not more than 2 ft off ground. It will be off the back door of the home. I would like a warrenty, time to complete guarantee. Price must be all inclusive with taxes, materials and labor. we had a deck built 2 yrs ago and the contractor didn't put the railings up that he was supposed to.... now we have a baby and need them up for safety. I'd say it's only about 15 feet or so. nothing fancy...just safe | ||
